Leasing software meets the requirements of IDW-compliant “Trusted Application” certification.
Röhrich und Partner Organisationsberatung GmbH has once again received the “Trusted Application” certificate as part of a re-certification audit, following its initial certification in 2013 and subsequent annual monitoring audits.
Röhrich & Partner is one of the market leaders in leasing software for medium-sized businesses. Its long-standing clients include well-known manufacturers, dealers, and regional as well as international banking institutions of all sizes. For many clients, Röhrich & Partner also acts as an Application Service Provider (ASP), offering a full range of hardware and software services, including security and access control concepts. As part of this service, clients receive personalized access rights to their data and applications.
In 2013, the Application Service Providing (ASP) of the “RP Finance” and “RP eFinance” applications for hosting clients was successfully certified by TÜV TRUST IT according to the “Trusted Application” requirements catalog. The certification has been monitored annually through follow-up audits.
In summer 2016, Röhrich und Partner Organisationsberatung GmbH commissioned TÜV TRUST IT to conduct a re-certification audit. The audit confirmed continued compliance of the ASP services for “RP Finance” and “RP eFinance” and resulted in successful re-certification.
The focus was on reviewing the technical and organizational security as well as the data protection management of Röhrich und Partner Organisationsberatung GmbH, with particular emphasis on information security management. A technical analysis of the application and the operating platform was also conducted.
The audit revealed that Röhrich und Partner’s security and data protection management has reached a sufficient level of maturity. Particularly noteworthy is the continuous improvement since the initial certification audit in 2013.
