As part of the implementation of the NIS-2 Directive, the German legislator has issued binding regulations on how the requirements of the NIS-2 Directive are to be implemented. In addition to requirements that must be implemented by individual companies, Section 38 of the (new) BSI Act also clarifies the personal tasks and responsibilities of executive bodies (management boards, executive boards, supervisory boards, and other leadership levels) of affected companies and establishes a corresponding training obligation. These trainings must provide sufficient knowledge and skills to identify and assess risks and risk management practices in the field of information security / cybersecurity, so that the impact of risks and risk management practices on the services provided by the organization can be evaluated.

Our training provides your executive bodies with fundamental knowledge on the topic. This knowledge enables your company’s leadership to fulfill the obligations assigned by the NIS-2 legislation. It also imparts the necessary basic competence for informed participation and simultaneously fulfills and documents the legal requirement for regular training on the topic. Participants of the training receive a personal certificate of attendance.
