Dirk Münchhausen was appointed as the second Managing Director alongside Detlev Henze.

In addition to the existing Managing Director Detlev Henze, Dirk Münchhausen strengthens the management of TÜV TRUST IT GmbH, TÜV AUSTRIA Group. Thanks to its high-quality services, TÜV TRUST IT has been able to record steady growth in recent years and today already employs over 120 people at various locations. So, it seemed only natural to strengthen the management in order to maintain this positive trend and to accelerate further development.

TÜV TRUST IT, which has locations in Cologne and Vienna, is a fully-owned subsidiary of TÜV AUSTRIA Group and has been a reliable partner to its customers for IT, information and cyber security as well as data protection and electronic signatures for more than ten years. It has already been awarded certification as an IT security service provider by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for the areas of IS auditing, IS consulting and the performance of penetration tests.

With experience and expertise to the business leadership

Dirk Münchhausen has been involved in the company since its founding as COO and Principal Consultant and thus has a broad range of expertise in addition to his management experience. As an information security officer, consultant and auditor for ISMS, he is a recognised expert and will continue to be seen in customer projects. “I am delighted about my new challenge at Detlev Henze’s side. Our declared goal is to continue to drive forward and expand the positive development of TÜV TRUST IT,” says Münchhausen. “The digital world is undergoing constant change. We are therefore required to always keep our finger on the pulse with our services and see this as a great opportunity to continue to grow and expand our portfolio.
