Test-Procedures Competences According to BSI Act § 8a
Conducting tests in accordance with the requirements of the IT Security Act
On the Subject
Critical Infrastructure Operators (KRITIS) must prove the successful implementation of state-of-the-art IT security measures to the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) every two years as part of the IT Security Act (§ 8a (3) BSI Act). This evidence must be preceded by a review by an independent review team. At least one member of the review team has to demonstrate a test procedure competence according to § 8a (3) BSI Act. This training includes all the requirements of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
